I advise clients in respect of a wide range of real estate transactions. I pride myself on delivering clear commercial advice in driving transactions forward to my clients' desired outcome. I am experienced in working with and leading clients and their wider commercial advisers and consider a collegiate approach the best way to deliver success.
Will joined Russell-Cooke in 2022. He advises clients on a range of real estate transactions including:
- acquisitions and disposals
- landlord and tenant matters including commercial lettings
- development projects
- real estate finance for institutional lenders
- rural matters
Will has experience in acting for clients domiciled in both the UK and off-shore with particular expertise in dealing with complex and large scale transactions.

- Acting in connection with a complex tenanted refinance of a harbour terminal in South Wales for a commercial institutional lender
- Acting in connection with a 5,000 title £100 million UK wide portfolio refinance
- Acting for the landlord in connection with a £40 million commercial letting re-gear in central London for an off-shore domiciled corporate client
- Acting in connection with a multi-jurisdictional joint venture between companies in respect of a market leading 125 self-build development
- Acting in connection with a multimillion pound complex farm acquisition in Devon
- Acting in connection with the sale and purchase of two £10 million residential properties
- Acting for a London centric ultra-fast grocery delivery startup company in respect of all real estate matters
- Acting for a London centric ‘dark kitchen’ startup company in respect of all real estate matter
