Partner Suzanne Mynors is featured in the November edition of The Law Society's PS Magazine, discussing the Law Commission’s proposed introduction of electronic wills. In the article, she examines the possibility of its future introduction – noting that while electronic wills could make will-writing more accessible, they may also discourage individuals from seeking a solicitor, leaving them with less protection.

Allowing electronic wills may prompt some people to make a will, who otherwise might not have one, but it won't necessarily encourage them to make a will with a solicitor, which would provide them with greater protection.
