The firm placed joint sixth overall with an 80% approval rating, climbing four places compared with last year and increasing its overall satisfaction score by four percentage points. This result places Russell-Cooke in RollOnFriday’s 'outstanding' category, awarded to firms achieving satisfaction scores above 70%.
