Bloom and TPG Angelo Gordon recently completed nine lettings across their portfolio of urban logistics assets in London, with transactions agreed on lease terms ranging from five to 15 years. The lettings span several Bloom estates in Fulham, Camberwell, Park Royal and Poplar and include a mix of new leases, renewals and regears with a diverse range of occupiers including food, technology and creative businesses.
