Russell-Cooke advises Willsflower Group on Arlington Business Park acquisition in Reading
Russell-Cooke has advised Willsflower Group on the acquisition of Arlington Business Park in Reading and the associated acquisition financing arrangements.
Russell-Cooke's real estate, planning and construction team advised Willsflower Group on the acquisition, working alongside the firm's corporate and commercial team on the financing elements of the transaction.
One of the largest business parks in the South East, Arlington Business Park comprises around 367,000 sq ft of commercial space set within 49 acres of parkland and providing a broad range of amenities including cafés and on-site gym. Current tenants include global enterprises such as Honda R&D, Willis Towers Watson and Synopsys.
Arlington Business Park is the fourth addition to Willsflower's portfolio which also includes office and residential assets in Slough, Croydon and Bromley.
Willsflower acquires Arlington Business Park from previous owner CapitaLand.
