Olivia Bailhe is an associate solicitor in the corporate and commercial law team.

Olivia has expertise in a range of corporate matters, notably mergers and acquisitions, private equity buyouts, corporate finance including debt and equity, group restructuring, shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures.

Her experience also covers commercial areas such as drafting and negotiating key contracts and advising on data protection.

She advises clients across a variety of sectors including technology, consumer goods, professional and financial services, property, hospitality and market research.

Olivia joined Russell-Cooke as a trainee in 2020 and qualified as a solicitor in March 2022.
