Suzannah is a legal assistant in the private client department, having joined Russell-Cooke in 2016.

Suzannah assists with a wide range of private client matters including wills, powers of attorney and the administration of estates.

Suzannah has a special interest in Court of Protection and capacity work. Suzannah's experience includes assisting professional deputies, making applications to the Court of Protection for the appointment of deputies and new trustees, permission for property transactions and the execution of statutory wills. Suzannah also assists with the creation and administration of personal injury trusts. 

Suzannah read Law at the University of Bristol and obtained a graduate diploma in legal practice from CILEx law school. Suzannah is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) and is currently working towards qualifying as a chartered legal executive. Suzannah is also currently undertaking the Legal Practice Course (LPC).

Prior to joining Russell-Cooke in January 2016, Suzannah worked as a paralegal in a niche firm specialising in special educational needs and disability law, and gained experience including personally representing clients at the first-tier tribunal (Health, Education and Social Care Chamber).
