Ed Patton is an associate in the commercial litigation team. He trained at Russell-Cooke and joined the litigation team on qualification in 2021. As a trainee Ed sat within the real estate, litigation and personal injury and clinical negligence teams.

Before joining Russell-Cooke in 2019, Ed worked in back office operations at a FTSE 100 bank before spending four years in one of the bank’s specialist dispute resolution teams. His experience here allows him to bring a commercial and practical approach to clients' issues, particularly with regards to financial disputes.

Ed has experience advising individuals, partnerships and companies on a range of disputes. This includes commercial contract, construction and financial disputes.

Ed has particular experience advising on breach of contract claims and also assists clients with company restorations.

Ed is a member of the Junior London Solicitors Litigation Association.
